Nikdy predtým nemalo jedno štúdio takéto zastúpenie. Najnominovanejšou snímkou je "Mank" Davida Finchera, ktorý vedie s 12 nomináciami. Na druhom mieste je nezávislá dráma o kórejských emigrantoch "Minari" a trojicu uzatvára adaptácia divadelnej hry "Ma Rainey's Black Bottom". Rovnako ako na Zlatých Glóbusoch a Screen Actors Guild je Olivia Colman jedinou účinkujúcou nominovanou za prácu na filme ("The Father") aj v televízii ("The Crown").
